Magnolia Square News
Magnolia Upkeep and Maintenance
New Pavers have been installed in the walkway beside the tennis court. They are the same type of pavers that were installed around the pool last year, giving the whole area a unified look. As a finishing touch, globe lighting has been added to illuminate the pathway. The sidewalk in front of the clubhouse has been repaired and may be resurfaced at a later date.
Magnolia Square continues to display beautifully landscaped grounds. The recently planted perennial beds are rapidly becoming established.
Some of the carport roofs are rusting and require maintenance. We will be experimenting with a new type of paint on a sample carport roof. If successful, it will be more economical than either painting or replacing the existing carports.
We have been fortunate that most of our neighbors are considerate of others and curtail late parties and excessive noise. However, if you have a complaint that requires immediate response you can contact the Largo Police who also have authority to deal with any trespassers on the property. We have to be our own neighborhood watch, so if you see anyone who shouldn't be here, call the Largo Police non-emergency number at 727-587-6730. Remember, Condo Management is also available seven days a week to take appropriate action and follow-up on complaints. For emergencies call Mark in unit 103 at 585-6517 or Scott Dvorak at 410-9622.
