Magnolia Upkeep and Maintenance

The steps leading to the tennis court and pool have been replaced with the same pavers as the rest of the walkway, giving a unified look to the area.

The tennis court lights have been set to automatically turn on at 6 p.m. and off at 11 p.m.

Street Lighting

Over the past few months, we have been experiencing power outages of some of our streetlights.  Florida Power is investigating to determine the causes, but it may take some time before the situation is resolved.  Your patience is appreciated.

Water Leaks

It is very important that owners contact the Manager, Mark or a Board member as soon as a water leak is discovered.  This can help to prevent serious damage, including mold.  Whenever your unit is vacant, please have it checked on a regular basis to ensure that water damage is not occurring.

Largo Drop-Off Recycling

Do you know that 76% of your trash can be recycled?  Recycling is one of the best ways that you can contribute to a sustainable future by reducing the amount of garbage in our landfills.  Globally, recycling reduces pollution and conserves energy and natural resources.

You can recycle:

* aluminum cans                                                         * newspapers (including inserts)

* glass bottles and jars (clear, green & brown)           * mixed paper (any paper that tears)
