Chairs and Stairs

The chairs in the pool area have been replaced with new ones in time for the onset of warmer weather.

New steps have been purchased.  Any broken steps leading up to the 04 units will be replaced with new ones.

Wondering what kind of toilet tissue to buy?  We have been advised by our plumbing company that Angel Soft breaks down easily and is therefore recommended for the plumbing.

Street Lights

The light in front of the 2100 building is still on the blink.  Progress Energy has flags and lines behind the building and is continuing with their efforts to fix the problem.

Tree trimming

Ameri-Pride has done a review of our trees.  Some of the pines are decayed from the inside and some of the palms are dead.  Over the next few weeks dead trees will be removed, branches overhanging roofs will be removed and trees trimmed.  The large oak in the northwest corner of the property is badly decayed and the decay is running into the separate trunks.  We're consulting with an arborist from Pinellas County to see if we can save the tree, but chances right now appear slim.

Recycling Electronics & Chemicals

Many everyday items that seem harmless can damage the environment if thrown out with the trash.  Electronics - including TVs, computers, and cell phones - contain hazardous materials such as lead.  Hazardous chemicals include paint, cleaners, fertilizers and batteries.  If in doubt, do not throw it out.  Instead, take these items to the permanent Household Electronics and Chemical Collection Center at 2990 110th Ave. N., St. Petersburg (727 464-7500) or to a mobile collection center.

Mobile collections will be held:

Saturday March 13     9am - 2 pm     Clearwater Home Depot - 2495 Gulf to Bay Blvd.

Saturday March 20     9am - 2 pm     Largo Home Depot - 10689 Ulmerton Road

Magnolia Square Garage Sale

The annual garage sale will be held on Saturday February 6th.  Your unused items can be someone else's treasure.  All donations are appreciated.
